Started at midnight for 3 hours and then went back to sleep until 8 a.m. Started again for 3 hours and stopped again. Started again with Stop and Go for remaining 2 hours at 1 p.m. then using timer for 3 minutes and then 5 minutes and then Stop and Go for remainder of time. This was difficult because the throbbing was intense and I needed to be very careful to accomplish my goal for the day.
